When off-the-shelf products aren\'t enough — we manufacture. KO Team develops and produces custom products: audio racks, unique lighting systems, special cabling and more. Our field experience guides us to build exactly what the industry always needed but couldn\\\\\\\'t find.
הבנו ששירות הוא חלק בלתי נפרד מאיתנו. פתחנו מעבדת תיקונים לביצוע תיקונים בעצמנו ופיתחנו תוכנה לניהול המעבדה — שקופה ללקוחות ויעילה לטכנאים. אנו מספקים תמיכה טכנית, תיקונים וכיול לכל ציוד AV ותאורה, גם אם לא נרכש אצלנו. We understood that service is inseparable from who we are. We opened a repair lab and built our own management software — transparent to clients, efficient for technicians. We provide support, repairs and calibration for all AV and lighting equipment, even if not purchased from us.
המעבדה שלנו מצוידת בכלי המדידה והבדיקה המתקדמים ביותר. אנחנו מבצעים מבחני ביצועים, כיול מערכות ואבחון תקלות מורכבות. פתחנו את חדר התצוגה הראשון מסוגו בישראל — בו ניתן לחוות מוצרים ולהדגים אותם מול לקוחות. Our lab is equipped with the most advanced measurement and testing tools. We perform performance tests, system calibration and complex fault diagnosis. We also opened Israel\'s first showroom of its kind — where installers and clients can experience products hands-on.
